In collaboration with the hospital teams at Odense University Hospital (OUH), Hospital of Southern Jutland, we during five years customized, expanded and matured our Innovation and Management System to the implementation and application in the hospital sector:

Odense University Hospital, OUH

Steps: System development, installation, customization, and implementation.
Departments: A para-clinical department and two clinical departments.
Participants: Hospital Management, Department Management, research professors, head physicians, junior physicians, physicists, project nurses, laboratory technicians, statisticians and administrative staff.
Focus: Clinical research, radiochemical research, industrial projects, experimental treatment, Ph.D projects, development projects.

Hospital of Southern Jutland

Steps: System installation, customization and implementation.
Departments: A Clinical Services Department
Participants: Hospital Management, Department Management, Head of Education, head physician, junior physicians, nurses, staff employees, administrative employees.
Focus: Research and development of patient care, services, organization, quality and engineering.
