Regional overview and insight, can facilitate sharing of tasks, results and knowledge between hospitals in the region - and in the country.

Meeting patients future expectations rely on the ability to create knowledge and to innovate. It expands further to the distribution of responsibilities of specialised hospitals in a region or on national level. Central overview and insight into the R&D efforts will give the national healthcare authorities and regional authorities new opportunities to contribute to, appreciate and utilize Research and development projects and results – across regions and nation.

The significant challenges that hospitals face (see Challenges) involve all management levels, from individual, project, department, hospital, region and nation. There is a need for structure and professionalism for the channeling of creativity and commitment to leadership at all levels. It is the responsibility of Regional and National health authorities to contribute to the healthcare sectors ability to handle the challenges. Our Innovation and Management System is aimed at this need.

The perspectives of implementing our system at several hospitals in the same region are:

Increased value of completed license investments

Many hospitals and regions have invested in comprehensive Microsoft licenses both to server Access (Client Access License CAL) and standard Microsoft Office licenses. Our system Version 1.0 applies these, thereby increasing the value of the purchased Microsoft licenses.
