About Keldmann Healthcare A/S

Our core competency is the management of Research and Development – at all levels. We have worked in and for large and small organizations. We have led from the top to the project team. We have contributed in others R&D work. We have done it so many times, that we have created our own philosophy and method Leadership by Innovation™. The results are many and substantial – our book “Fornyelstræet” captures the core of our philosophy and methodology.

In 2005 the top management at one of the largest Danish hospitals made us aware of the hospital sector need for competence and an Innovation and Management System that will ensure systematic approaches and management of creativity in the thousands of projects initiated in Danish hospitals every year.

In collaboration with hospital teams (hospital management, department administrators, physicians, nurses, laboratory technicians, statisticians, staff employees), we have developed, customized, expanded and matured our methods and system to the hospital sector. Keldmann Healthcare A/S owns all rights to the system.
