Heartfelt Technologies Ltd combines vision sensors with AI to proactively home monitor congestive heart failure patients to prevent hospitalization. The solution passively scans and measures patients’ foot/lower leg volume, detects changes, and issues alerts to assure re-adherence to medication.

The management team chose me as EIC-sponsored Business Coach in supporting preparation of Heartfelt Technologies’ grant application to EIC Accelerator (European Innovation Council).

In collaboration with the management team we quantified the value proposition and enhanced the communication of Heartfelt Technologies Ltd’s unique solution, experienced team and the significant results and traction achieved so far.

The EIC Accelerator is a European funding (grants/investment) programme for start-ups and SMEs, targeting innovative, game-changing products/service or business models, with the ambition to scale up.
